Railroad Public Projects Specialists (RPPS) was established by a team with more than 30 years of direct experience managing railroad and public infrastructure projects across the United States. We've worked in the field, navigated complex agency relationships, and delivered projects under the full weight of public accountability.
That experience is the foundation of everything we do. When we take on a project, we bring not just technical knowledge but the judgment that only comes from years of real-world problem-solving — knowing when to push, when to listen, and how to keep a project moving when challenges arise.
We are a Tennessee-based firm, proud of our roots in a state with a rich infrastructure legacy. Our work spans the country, but our values are local: community, accountability, and a genuine commitment to the people and places our projects serve.
